Taylor admits feeling “frantic” and “violated” by a radio DJ three years ago.
Taylor Swift has found herself in the middle of an ongoing legal battle with Denver radio DJ, David Mueller. The DJ who goes by the name “Jackson” sued Taylor for slander after he was fired from his job when she claimed he inappropriately groped her before a concert in 2013. Taylor counter sued for sexual assault and battery, and has now made a motion to keep the photo evidence hidden from the public. Well, Taylor was successful with keeping the photo evidence private, but other evidence such as her deposition has been released. According to court papers obtained by Billboard, in her July deposition Taylor said she was posing for a photo with Mueller when QUOTE, “...he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.” It’s going to be pretty hard to argue with that statement, if you ask us! Mueller asserted the groping was “accidental” and he was wrongfully fired two days after the concert. Taylor also admitted in court QUOTE, “I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before.” Taylor’s lawyers are trying to get the case settled before it goes to trial, and Taylor has pledged any money won from the lawsuit will be donated to a women’s sexual assault charity.
