Jacob Elordi and Joey King have been SO MIA on each other’s social media accounts that fans are wondering if they broke up.
Noo, say it ain’t so!
The world has been OBSESSED with Jacob Elordi and Joey King ever since it was revealed that the two started dating after they met on the set of the Netflix cult favorite The Kissing Booth. In fact, many have called Joey and Jacob’s adorable relationship hashtag goals.
HOWEVER, in a stunning and quite possibly shocking turn of events, fans have started wondering if the two broke up! Why did they come to this conclusion, you ask? Well, it has to do with Joey and Jacob barely appearing on each other’s social media accounts as of late.
The lack of couple-y pictures and videos have led fans to believe that Joey and Jacob have quietly gone their separate ways, especially since that’s how most nosey people solve the ‘are they or aren’t they still together’ mystery. However, before you start mourning their relationship, the absence of Joey and Jacob pictures could very much be because of what Joey told the LA Times.
In a recent interview with the outlet, Joey opened up about the all the attention The Kissing Booth has brought their relationship and it’s actually made her reconsider sharing couple photos.
Joey said QUOTE, “I guess I feel like it’s almost scary giving people what they want so much, because of how much people are obsessed with our relationship. I’m like, ‘Maybe I should keep some of that to myself.’ I go back and forth on that.” Maybe now is just one of those times where Joey feels like she should keep those adorable photos to herself!
