Tris and Four are back in the first full trailer for Insurgent – and Clevver has got your recap.
Yes, we’re finally getting a look into the highly-anticipated sequel for Divergent, and dare we say it looks better than the first?! The whole feel of the Divergent world seems bigger and better, like everything was taken up a few notches.
So let’s break down five of the best highlights. Also, there might be some mild spoilers ahead – just a warning.
First, the trailer starts off with Jeanine, Kate Winslet’s character talking about a mysterious box and how she’s testing Divergents to see who can open it. Because the box is going to give the future people deserve. Um, no pressure or anything. We also get a look into Tris and the gang as they hide out in Amity, but as expected, they get found and there’s a lot of gun play going on.
And for our number two highlight, we’re just going to give you this heart-pounding moment:
WOW!
Moving along to our third highlight, we have our first introduction to the leader of the Factionless, Four’s mom, who is played by Naomi Watts. She suggests that the Insurgents and the Factionless join forces to stop Jeanine, and from the looks of all the war going on in this trailer, we think they took her up on her offer.
The fourth highlight is an overarching highlight – but there is SO MUCH ACTION! There’s ziplining, fighting, tanks, guns, and everything in between. We told you – they really took things up a notch for this one. And side note, we get our first look at Uriah, who is a favorite from the book series who was absent from the first movie. We’re sure fans are VERY happy about that!
And last but certainly not least, our final highlight is Tris vs….TRIS!

Oh, and we’d also like to give an honorable mention to the steamy Four and Tris love scenes. Yowza!
And just a reminder, Insurgent hits theaters on March 20, 2015.
