Adele did the unthinkable when she invited her doppleganger on stage in the middle of her concert!
Is it just me or did Adele totally one up Kim Kardashian when the singer found out her very own doppleganger was in the crowd at her show?
Emily Bamforth has her fiancé Tom to thank for this one! Before Adele’s Birmingham concert on Tuesday evening, Emily had many confused fans come up to her asking if she was Adele. Seeing this, Tom went on Twitter to try and grab the popstar’s attention before the concert began.
He began tweeting things like, “@Adele everyone thinks my girlfriend is you! She’s been asked 10 times now!” And “4 rows from the front and people won’t stop saying my fiancé looks like Adele!”
Well, all that constant tweeting paid off because once the show began, Adele invited Emily on stage with her to see what all the fuss was about and thus, the epic Adele doppleganger selfie was born. The two ladies talked for a bit on stage and you guys, they could practically be twins. Not only do they lookalike, Emily is actually the same age as Adele!
After the selfie was taken, Tom excitedly shared the picture and wrote, “Adele made my fiance’s day, month, year! Thank you for the massive amount of brownie points!” I think it’s safe to say that Emily will never EVER forget this day.
