Caitlyn Jenner responds to the controversial Halloween costume, and says she thinks it’s great.
Several retailers are offering Caitlyn Jenner Halloween costumes featuring several different ensembles worn during her iconic Vanity Fair cover shoot. There has been significant backlash online, including petitions to stop the retailers from selling the costume. Some say it is in poor taste, marginalizing, and transphobic.
But what does Cailtyn think about the getup? In a preview of Cailtyn’s interview with Today, Matt Lauer asks the transgender trailblazer how she feels about the costume. Here’s what she had to say:
Cailtyn does have one issue with the costume though. She thinks they could have made it look better!
