Demi is makeup free, clothes free, and retouch free in a new spread AND video for Vanity Fair, and it's a concept that SHE actually pitched to the magazine herself because she wanted to boldly share her new found since of confidence to women everywhere. She said “When I think of confident, I think of many things, but one thing in particular is feelign confortable in your own skin. There's something incredible about the idea of no makeup whatsover, no clothes, and no retouching.....I never thought that I would have ever gotten to a place in my life where I feel confident doing that,”
Demi also talked about her journey struggling with eating disorders and how she went from hating herself to working on herself and her spirituality and her soul and that she has finally learned to love the skin she's in.
This photoshoot sent twitter into a tizzy with loads of positive and inspiring tweets with fans thanking Demi for motivating their own self love! Actually # #WeAreProudofYouDemi trended worldwide for most of the day.
