We’re only three days into 2018 and Camila Cabello is already breaking records!
Well, you guys… it looks like 2018 might just be Camila Cabello’s year!
We know what you’re thinking… after all of the solo success Camila had last year, how could her life get any better? Well, SPOILER ALERT, it just did, and we’ll tell you why.
In the final days of 2017, Camila surpassed 40 million monthly listeners on Spotify, beating out Selena Gomez, and making her the first female artist to reach this level of streaming success… EVER! Even more incredible is that her debut solo album hasn’t even come out yet. The most listened to female artist on Spotify and she doesn’t even have an album out yet?! We are SHOOK, to say the least.
As soon as Camila got wind of the fact that she was headed into the New Year with a new record under her belt, she took to Twitter to express her excitement in the only way she knows how… by keysmashing, of course!
We are SO excited for Camila and all of her solo success, so we’ll take this opportunity to remind you that her FIRST-EVER solo album hits shelves next Friday, January 12th, which, of course, only means even more streams for Camila in the year ahead!
