First it was allegedly Katy Perry and now indie-rock group Grizzly Bear’s front man Edward Droste is lashing out about his thoughts on T-Swift…
But apparently Edward’s hatred for Taylor didn’t just come out of nowhere. It all started months ago when he took to Twitter to express his thoughts on a certain artist, saying QUOTE, "Met a celebrity I always speculated was terribly calculated and mean, and they exceeded all my expectations of rudeness and arrogance. HATE."
He also went on to say, “If you know please don't @ the person, they see all and have the capacity and desire to destroy, seriously, please just know and lol. ... This is an eternal blind item, bc I'm too petrified of their insane power. No need to speculate, just HAD to voice my disgust."
The tweets have since been deleted, but seeing that he pretty much confirmed all speculations that his tweets were hinting toward Taylor, he tweeted a picture on Sunday of a magazine article claiming that Taylor has strict friendship rules to make sure her friends didn’t upstage her when she brings them out onstage. Part of the article read, QUOTE, "Taylor had a dress code for everyone to make sure she wasn't upstaged. And they were all told to stand a certain number of feet behind Taylor at all times, not to speak unless spoken to, and not to discuss Taylor's private life in interviews."
Edward’s only comment on the photo said, "Obsessed that people are catching on." He also retweeted a Twitter user’s harsh comment reading, “"I want to just put out here that I've always known Taylor Swift was immensely evil as she is powerful."
Although Taylor has yet to respond to the comments, I’m pretty sure Taylor is sitting at home saying something along the lines of…
