HOLY CAT! Taylor Swift’s kitten has messed up majorly and now owes her 40-million dollars. Cue the dramatic music because this is some serious shiz. Well, only if you’re like me and this whole story is hilarious. So here’s the deal, last week there were a ton of reports swirling that Taylor Swift had insured her legs for days for a whopping 40-million dollars. So when Taylor posted this pic over the weekend of her injured leg with the caption “great work Meredith. I was just trying to love you and now you owe me 40-million dollars” We were totally lol-ing. Is anyone else obsessed with the fact that Taylor is completely making fun of this rumor and herself? Cuz I am. But even better than this joke was the real Meredith Grey’s response (aka Meredith the cat’s namesake). Ellen Pompeo who stars on Grey’s Anatomy responded to Tay saying “this is awkward because my namesake did this but as your doctor, please keep that scratch clean! Yours truly the real Dr. Grey. “ And Tay followed the doctor’s orders posting this photo of her huge MEOW bandage. Love it. In other fun scoop-age, T-S, the singer also hit social media to send some birthday love to her pal Este from Haim with this video:
Oh and I should add that Ellen Pompeo wasn’t the only famous face responding to Tay’s postings, because the one and only Faith Hill retweet Taylor’s video adding “Sing it girlfriends!”
Gotta love Taylor Swift, even when her leg gets cut up she’s cracking the witty jokes left and right.
