產後脫髮增加困擾不少準媽媽,中醫師指出,生產過程會損耗元氣及損傷陰血,加上產後精神壓力大、休息不足,都可致脫髮,但是過度或不當進補身,如熱底錯吃鹿茸等溫燥補品都會加劇脫髮,建議產婦要避免吃燥熱生冷、油膩食物,可用艾葉、薑皮煲水洗頭,既可驅風又可清潔頭部。黑色食物養血補腎適當進食可預防脫髮,例如黑芝麻糊、黑豆煲湯。
