【本報訊】不少上班族喜歡以水果代替正餐,認為健康之餘,可減少攝入熱量收減磅之效。但營養師表示,水果餐熱量過低,加上缺乏蛋白質,當正餐只會令肌肉流失,並減慢新陳代謝,難收健康減肥效果。日常進食水果亦有學問,如牛油果及榴槤等高脂水果,多吃會致肥,果糖高的龍眼及荔枝亦不宜多吃。
