經常久坐少運動的OL,不時會面色蒼白、容易頭暈兼疲倦,小心是貧血的表現。中醫師表示,臨床上因貧血求診的病人不少屬脾氣虛弱型,與喜歡生冷飲食如凍飲及沙律、缺乏運動,以致正氣不足有關,建議平日可多吃補血食材,如龍眼肉、菠菜、紅棗及金針菜等,或烹調豬膶枸杞湯、金針雲耳蒸雞等補氣補血食療調理身體,多在陽光下做運動亦有助提升正氣,增強體質。
