「出街食日本嘢無咁肥」相信是不少港男港女的疑問,究竟日本菜是否比較健康?註冊營養師潘仕寶表示,日本菜比中菜、泰國菜確實較少煎、炒菜式,港人鍾情的日本壽司,製作過程又較少用油,會令人感覺較健康。但要留意食5件手握壽司,其中單是白飯熱量已等同一碗飯的熱量(約250千卡),吃太多隨時熱量爆燈。另外,豚肉拉麵、鰻魚飯、吉列豬扒及炸天婦羅等食物,都是高熱量、高脂肪食物,正減肥的女士要少食。
