女士們來經前脾氣特別差,兼易攰及食慾增加,小心是由經前綜合症(Premenstrual Syndrome,PMS)引起,透過調整飲食策略其實有助紓緩經前不適。註冊營養師潘仕寶提供五招對抗PMS,包括揀吃低升糖食物、攝取足夠鈣及維他命D、多吃奧米加三脂肪酸、避免過量飲酒及均衡飲食與做運動避免肥胖。
