來到廿四節氣中的霜降,也是秋季最後一個節氣,屬秋天過渡至冬天的時期。中醫師指出,這時最適合進補增強體質,可減少寒冬時患病風險,但提醒應以「平補」為宜,建議進食生津潤燥的食物如梨、蘋果、白果、洋蔥及茨實等,毋須服食人參及鹿茸等「溫補」食品,否則可能會適得其反。
