股市大動盪,股民秒秒觸目驚心,但大上大落不單止股價,原來情緒起伏大如過山車,都可誘發抑鬱症及焦慮症。精神科專科醫生李德誠建議情緒失控要先冷靜,如避開恐慌人群、離開銀行;有充足睡眠及減壓;避免狂飲咖啡或煙酒,可紓緩緊張,有助理性做投資決定。長期失眠、缺乏安全感及情緒病患者都不宜沉迷玩股票。
