近日天氣反覆兼溫差大,容易咳嗽「唔斷尾」。中醫師指踏入深秋,溫差及乾燥情況較初秋嚴重,咳嗽未必是由外感引起的感冒症狀,多與秋燥及氣管敏感有關,建議口乾、舌痛、喉嚨乾渴、便秘、大便乾涸人士,可飲用腐竹薏米糖水或菊花茶潤肺潤喉。
