腸道益菌不但能幫助減磅,更可改善血糖水平及預防心臟病。法國一項研究跟進41名肥胖人士的飲食習慣與腸道細菌及健康關係,結果發現一種主要來自膳食纖維的益菌,若在腸道數量增加,不但有助減輕體重,也可幫助身體脂肪重新分佈,降低患上多種慢性病的風險。
