【本報訊】明日是大暑,為全年最熱的節氣,代表已踏入夏季最炎熱及多雨的日子。雖然辦公室一族多處於室內冷氣空間,但中醫師指出,在大暑的日子也要預防暑熱、暑濕來襲,建議飲食清淡,即以清為補,合適食材如綠豆、苦瓜、百合、西瓜、赤小豆及薏米等,可補氣清暑及健脾養胃,推介「瓜果消暑飲」有助生津止渴;如有中暑症狀可飲用「急救消暑茶」清除暑熱。
