天氣轉涼,正式步入冬季,街上亦可見到炒栗子的攤檔,一包熱呼呼的炒栗子,香氣四溢。栗子不但營養豐富,含有澱粉質具飽肚效果,中醫更指其性平味甘,老幼皆適宜進食,是冬日的進補佳品,惟容易胃脹及噯氣人士,則留意不能一次過進食過量。
