Chrissy Metz FIRES BACK At Body Shamers Over MTV Movie & TV Awards Dress

This is Us Star and Body-positive activist Chrissy Metz fired back at the internet after some haters were questioning the red latex dress she donned for the MTV Movie and TV awards red carpet.
Haters gonna hate on This is Us Star Chrissy Metz, but she isn’t having any of it!
BODY Chrissy Metz showed up to the MTV movie and tv awards in a fabulous burgundy latex dress with accordion sleeves. I think she looked fabulous, but some self-styled critics on social media weren’t so enthused. The This is Us sensation clapped back at the body shamers with this mic-dropping tweet:
For the record, I wear what I want, when I want. News flash it's MY body. #thankstho
Being in the spotlight about body issues is nothing new for the plus-size actress. In an interview with Marie Claire in March, she said
"Size doesn't equate to beauty," "I don't understand why that's a thing. Well, I do, because the media has told us thin is beautiful. But is it? Because I think people are miserable not eating.”
Maybe that’s why they were so grumpy about her on the internet?
Her message really resonated with many people, with one fan tweeting her:
Yes! You rock girl! Love the stuff you wear and you totally make me feel more comfortable wearing what I want now. Ty 4 being awesome!
and another giving this awesome advice:
You are amazing PLEASE PLEASE know this! The best revenge for Twitter idiots is to ignore them and keep making your massive amounts of money
