The ladies of Fifth Harmony have had much to celebrate in the last few weeks, including a No. 1 album, a girl-group record and even a birthday, so naturally, they’re ringing in the excitement in the best way possible.
But really, what could be better than giving a big thanks to their fans than by holding an intimate live video Q&A and an impromptu a capella sesh? BEST. DAY. EVER.
The fab five have been hard at work promoting their sophomore album 7/27, but sometimes you just gotta stop and smell the success, so they celebrated by treating their fans to a live Q&A hosted by Facebook, but first they gave a big birthday shout out to one of their own… Normani Kordei celebrated her first year of being teenage-free, turning 20, so the girls kicked off the Q&A with an impromptu birthday song to Normani in the most perfect harmony, of course…
Well that sure isn’t how it sounds when I sing it… but quickly after, they got down to business with a game of rapid fire reactions, questions about their song titles and of course, fan-submitted questions. The rapid fire was a no-brainer to the girls after they were given many topics like 7/27, harmonizers, LGBT rights and the CMT Awards, soooo I’m pretty sure you all know their reactions to these…
Next came the more in-depth questions as the girls were asked what they would be doing if they weren’t in the industry. Dinah Jane and Normani revealed that they’d still be doing something in the arts, Lauren talked about learning and writing while also helping people, Camila talked about directing music videos and we maaaaay be seeing Ally on a popular night-time show in the future…
Fans also sent in questions, when one asked which song off of 7/27 the girls would listen to the rest of their lives, and considering the heart and soul put into this album from each girl, they took no time at all to answer which songs meant the most to them.
And as for their final question, the girls revealed one song on 7/27 that was supposed to be recorded for their first album, but didn’t make the cut, so “NO WAY” was this song going to sneak away…
So not only was “No Way” a great way to end the deluxe 7/27 album, but a great way to conclude Fifth Harmony’s live Facebook chat, and now that you heard from the girls, I want to know what you guys thought about the interview and let me know which songs you can’t get enough of on their debut album, and you can do all that right down here in the comments section below.
