Your first look at Glee’s last season is here, and Clevver News is breaking it all down just for you!
Yes, the FOX show is heading into its sixth and final season and they just released the first promo which features drama, some laughs, and of course, Frozen’s “Let It Go.” Check it out!
Glee is known for taking on the biggest top 40 hits, so it should come as a surprise to NO ONE that they’d take on this megahit. Plus, Idina Menzel sings it and she was on Glee, if you recall, so I wonder if they’ll point that out at all.
Anyways, if you couldn’t tell from that little tease, there have been reports that the final season will have a bit of a time jump and will focus on Rachel bringing the McKinley High Glee Club back to its former glory – kind of like what Mr. Schue did in season one? Looks like it’s all coming full circle!
There are also some moments with Blaine back with the Warblers, Santana and Brittany back in their Cheerios uniforms, and of course a big old group hug from what appears to be New Directions. Or maybe that’s the NEW New Directions? And we’re not sure if those are flashbacks or flash forwards, but either way, Glee’s final season actually looks pretty good!
And just a reminder – Glee’s final season premieres on Friday January 9 at 8 PM with a super-sized two hour episode.
