Iggy Azalea explains why she delayed her tour and Clevver News has got all the details. We’re not even gonna make you beg for it .
Iggy Izalea postponed her Spring tour, which will now open in September, because she wants to do it right, or not at all. In an interview with 97.1 AMP Radio the 24 year old rapper said QUOTE
"It is bumped back because I am a psychopath. It is my first arena tour, so it's a big undertaking and I'm doing a lot of the creative direction, which I do for everything”
She added that stages usually take 6 months to build and with the Great Escape tour set to kick off in mid April, they had not started building her stage yet. Instead of going with something that she wasn’t happy with, Azalea decided she wanted something a little more FANCY saying QUOTE:
"I want people to come and really feel they got their money's worth… and they want to come back and tell their friends about it. So that's the risk that I took and I hope people can still come and we're honoring everyone's tickets."
Both Nick Jonas and Tinashe have confirmed they won't be on the rescheduled on the new dates so Iggy’s going to have to find some new openers! But delaying her tour wasn’t her only gutsy move recently. The rapper, who was once active on Twitter, handed her social media over to her management.
