【本報訊】每當壓力沉重或心情欠佳時,容易腹痛、便秘或腹瀉可能患上腸易激綜合症。中醫師指,春天是多見腸易激綜合症的季節,估計濕重及容易肝氣鬱結兩大元凶有關,建議病人要戒生冷及煎炸食物有助保護脾胃。繁忙的上班族午飯或放假時到公園散步賞花,有助紓解肝鬱,配合適當食療,有助改善腸胃不適症狀。
