【本報訊】炎熱天氣最易令人心火旺盛,心情煩躁更會影響睡眠。中醫師指出,近年高溫天氣日子越來越長,易令人陽氣躁動,引起煩躁不安及難以入睡等症狀,濕熱、氣鬱及陰虛體質人士較易受影響,建議睡前要靜心或適量做運動出汗,亦可吃清熱利濕食物如瓜類,並按壓養心安神穴位,配合改善食療,都可趕走火氣,幫助好眠。
