【本報訊】幼兒經常跌倒、上落樓梯時身體不穩,日常動作又似十分「論盡」,或反映體能及動作技能不足。專家指出兒童日常多做跑、跳、爬、擲等動作,有助提升生活動作技能。參與體能遊戲則可鍛煉身體平衡力、協調力及柔軟度,可預防意外受傷,亦有助脊椎健康,建議家長多與子女齊運動,並加入遊戲元素,鼓勵小朋友多玩及多郁動,減少久坐。
