【本報訊】不少人都怕剝牙，尤其是智慧齒，常誤以為沒有痛楚便毋須理會，但牙醫指出，「智慧齒唔痛不代表冇事」，因智慧齒引致的蛀牙及冠周炎（局部牙周病），初期並不會有痛，直至感覺疼痛可能經已太遲，建議18歲或以後應每隔1至2年，進行牙齒X光檢查，監察智慧齒生長情況。
