【本報訊】都市人生活繁忙,不少人連食水果的時間也沒有。營養師指出,成人要達到每日吃兩份水果的健康指標並不困難,原來吃6粒大紅提子或4至5粒中型士多啤梨,已相等於吃了一份水果,建議可每朝預先準備水果餐盒。吃新鮮水果比飲果汁攝取更多纖維及維他命,學懂計算水果份量,也可提防吸收過多果糖而致肥。
