上班族孕婦計劃產假的安排,究竟是「前四後六」或「前一後九」較合適?婦產科專科醫生靳嘉仁表示,希望順產的孕婦最好放「前四後六」,即懷孕36周開始放假,因起碼有一周時間準備,到懷孕第37周起已有機會隨時作動產子,產後休假六周,已可令孕婦有足夠時間休息及照顧初生嬰兒,「前二後八」或「前一後九」則一般較適合計劃剖腹產子的孕婦。
