【本報訊】坊間的麵包醬選擇多,惟揀選時只講究味道不理會成份,經常食用小心墮入致肥陷阱。註冊營養師表示,港人常吃的牛油、植物牛油均是營養價值低及熱量高,塗麵包與「飲食用油冇分別」,也不建議常吃含添加糖的果醬。想食得健康,市民可DIY麵包醬,推介製作奇亞籽士多啤梨醬及鷹嘴豆醬,更天然及具有營養價值。
