【本報訊】減甜用代糖,是否代表「任食唔肥」?常用代糖又會否致癌?營養師指出,代糖的甜度比一般糖份可高出數百倍,加上熱量極低,特別適合正在減肥的人使用,惟轉用代糖並不會改變一般人嗜甜的飲食習慣或口味,過量進食代糖更隨時令人越食越喜歡甜味。
