【本報訊】今日是傳統廿四節氣中的小寒,意味着進入冬季較為寒冷的日子。中醫師指出,踏入小寒需更着重「冬藏」,即收藏身體的陽氣,包括減少捱夜、多曬太陽及做運動、熱敷保健穴位,均有助身體溫陽補氣,抵禦外邪入侵。港人多見的氣虛、陽虛體質可適當進補,強壯體質以防病。
