【本報訊】天氣轉涼,一不小心就傷風感冒中招。當感冒初癒,精神及胃口未完全回復,應如何調理才能加快康復?註冊中醫師蔡梓銘指出,感冒初癒應進食粥品調理脾胃,亦可加入平性食物如薯仔、粟米、黃豆、黑豆及木耳等,切忌進食過寒及過熱的食物,除非是長期病患者或身體極度虛弱,否則感冒後毋須特別補身,因病後身體氣血較差,若飲用雞湯或人參等補益之物,身體反而需動用額外氣血消化,隨時適得其反。
