【本報訊】近日氣溫及濕度變化甚大,容易誘發鼻敏感症狀。中醫師指出,鼻敏感不適與肺虛、脾虛及腎虛有關,若要減輕症狀,日常應避免進食生冷食物,並建議每日最少進食一餐米飯以養脾胃,也可多吃沙參、蓮子、玉竹、雪耳及海參等具有健脾補肺功效的食材,也可按壓攢足穴、睛明穴及迎香穴救急。
