【本報訊】行街口渴想買水飲,要飲得健康,究竟應選礦泉水抑或蒸餾水?揀有味的有氣水(sparkling water)也是好選擇嗎?註冊營養師表示,一般人建議飲用蒸餾水已足夠,若進行大量運動及出汗多的人則可選擇礦泉水,幫助身體補充少量礦物質,建議市民購買飲料亦要看營養標籤,了解飲品的含糖量及主要成份,避免攝取過多糖份。
