【本報訊】天氣轉涼,明日立冬,是進補好時機。中醫師指出,進補要視乎天氣及體質,即使經常手冰腳凍,也非人人適合補身。若屬氣血不足的人宜用溫補,建議飲用黨參補氣血湯補氣養血,或生薑肉桂茶驅寒暖胃;若由肝氣鬱結引致,宜改善氣機,可飲用柴胡理氣湯和玫瑰花茶。
