【本報訊】近年流行健康素食,茹素都可以重視食物的色香味及營養素,但到了秋冬這個進補好時機,又是否有適合素食者的補身清單?茹素多年的中醫師指出,無論素食或葷食,只要根據體質及食物性味進食即可,不少人誤以為茹素或未能溫補身體,其實不少蔬果均屬溫性,具有補益之效,即使有蔬菜性質偏寒涼,亦可加入熱性或溫性食物同煮,例如炒菜時加入薑片辟寒,建議可選擇熱性調味料如肉桂、辣椒、花椒及蒔蘿等以中和寒性。
