Oscar who? We’re talking about the Kids’ Choice Awards, people, and with Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and One Direction on the ballot, we couldn’t be more excited.
Country singer and The Voice coach Blake Shelton will host the 2016 KCAs on March 12 live from the Forum in Inglewood, California.
T-Swift, the Biebs and Selena Gomez all topped the music categories with three nominations each. Adele, Ed Sheeran and 1D also received nominations.
Justin is definitely thankful for his noms. He told The Hollywood Reporter, QUOTE, "I'm so excited and honored to be nominated for another three Kids’ Choice Awards. I have the best fans in the world; thank you all so much. And thanks to Nickelodeon for all the love and support over the years.”
In the TV categories, Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory topped the nominations list with four noms apiece.
Plus, tons of our faves received nominations in the Favorite Male and Female TV Star in a Kids’ Show categories including Ross Lynch, Laura Marano, Zendaya, Debby Ryan, Jack Griffo, Kira Kosarin, Dove Cameron and more.
In the movie categories, mega-stars Jennifer Lawrence, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth and Will Ferrell are just a few of the blockbuster actors and actresses who also received nominations.
