Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y" music video ►►
Lady Gaga responds to Demi dissing her SXSW vomit-art performance, listen up! This is ClevverNews hey there friends Happy Monday. Lady Gaga stopped by E! News on Friday to talk about her monstrously anticipated "G.U.Y." music video... and some other stuff. Mother Monster told E! she can relate to Demi Lovato pretty well, "I have struggled with an eating disorder for over 10 years and I take that very seriously...I am very supportive of Demi's struggle and her recovery as well as the recovery of anyone who is suffering... but this performance had absolutely nothing to do with any eating disorder." Remember, the day after Gaga's infamous puke performance of "Swine", Demi took to twitter to speak out, "Sad... As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eating disorders already. Bottom line, it's not 'cool' or 'artsy' at all." Demi also vented, "It's not "shade" and it's not "hate." But someone has to come forward and say it and I'll take the heat for it." You gotta give Demi props here for standing up for what she believes in. Gaga is also standing her ground, telling E! she is "proud" of her performance and, "...stand[s] by the message of rage and pain" that she expressed with the help of vomit artist professional, Millie Brown. Yes, Millie does that for a living. She mixes food dye and soymilk for her controversially colorful projectile art. As for rage and pain, Gaga is also showing some of that emotion in her new "G.U.Y." music video! Gaga explained the video in the interview as a, "metaphor for her life" and a "celebration of withstanding anything." Anything, it seems, including eating disorders and controversial art performances. Do you think Demi will respond to Gaga's remarks about her "struggle"? Thankfully, Demi tweeted she is still a Little Monster. This is one pop star feud that might actually end well. For more on Gaga's "G.U.Y." music video, here's where you can put your paws up and dance around the room.
