The Emmys don’t air until September 20, but Taylor was just announced as an early winner.
This morning it was announced that Taylor won the Emmy for Original Interactive Program. The 25-year-old singer won this award for the AMEX Unstaged: Taylor Swift Experience that was created along with her “Blank Space” music video back in November 2014.
Taylor was the star and executive producer of the project, which was directed by Joseph Kahn. Joseph filmed the project with a 360-degree camera, which allowed viewers to be up close and personal with the incredible “Blank Space” music video sets.
Grammy winner, VMA winner, AMA winner, and now Emmy winner, is an Oscar next for Taylor? Probably! She deserves all the awards.
Congrats, Taylor! You really are taking over the world, one award at a time.
