冬天食用人蔘可保暖及養生,中醫師指出,蔘有補氣作用,適合屬氣虛體質的人,即有易攰及說話不夠氣等症狀,但要「食啱」人蔘才能發揮最佳補益效果。近年流行的紅蔘屬溫性,只宜用於氣虛和陽虛較嚴重的人。經常夜瞓、壓力大的都市人,推介飲用花旗蔘茶清虛火,黨蔘則較溫和,煲「黨蔘陳皮水」飲用有補氣健脾功效。
