【本報訊】冬天食用人參可保暖及養生,中醫師指參有補氣作用,適合氣虛體質人士,即有易攰及說話不夠氣等症狀,但要「食啱」人參才能發揮最佳補益效果。近年流行的紅參屬溫性,只宜用於氣虛和陽虛較嚴重者。經常夜瞓、壓力大的都市人可飲用花旗參茶清虛火,黨參則較溫和,煲黨參陳皮水飲用有補氣健脾功效。
