【本報訊】晚上久久無法入睡,可嘗試以手機App聆聽音樂協助,現時坊間有不少播放大自然聲音的助眠App,聲稱有助放鬆及安眠。精神科專科醫生李德誠表示,這些聲音對慢性失眠及患有失眠恐懼症人士有一定作用,能分散患者的注意力,避免不斷想着當晚是否能入睡,勝於服用安眠藥,但若是由焦慮症、抑鬱症引起的失眠,則未必有效。
