【本報訊】打工仔飽受跑數、公司業績差、裁員減薪等壓力,未到年尾已感「工作虛脫」點算好?精神科醫生表示,因工作長期受壓,引致精神上「Burn Out」(心力交瘁)為常見心理現象,尤其生活壓力也大的都市人,切勿掉以輕心,嚴重可誘發焦慮症等情緒病,建議先要尋找及解決壓力來源,避免多重工作(multi-task)兼要作息有序,可配合運動、靜觀等方法減壓。
