想減肥又怕劇烈運動會辛苦,丹麥一項新研究或可帶來喜訊!丹麥哥本哈根大學進行研究,60位過重但健康狀況尚可的當地男子,每日做輕度流汗的運動30分鐘或1小時,例如急步行或踩單車,3個月後,每日運動30分鐘的男士們減磅3.6公斤,比每日運動1小時的男士們,瘦身效果還要好,後者只能減磅2.7公斤。
