【本報訊】冬天是眼乾症發作的高危期,眼科醫生指,上班族經常用電腦及睇手機,眨眼次數較正常減少,令眼乾症近年有普及化和年輕化趨勢,加上冬季乾燥的天氣,隨時令症狀加劇,嚴重可致角膜受損,建議在室內添置放濕機,並確保雙眼定時休息、勿坐風口位、戒煙及使用人工淚液,均有助改善雙眼乾澀及有異物感等不適。
