【本報訊】都市人大熱天時雖多在室內嘆冷氣,但調節體溫能力較差的人即使不常受暑熱影響,也會令睡眠質素轉差,甚至失眠,脾氣變得暴躁。中醫師稱燥熱、陰虛及濕熱體質者是失眠高危族,建議少吃肥膩辛辣食物及甜食,睡前可用暖水泡腳,並按摩手部均有助入睡,又可於睡前2小時飲用養心安神茶及用中藥自製開心安神香囊,幫助安眠。
