【本報訊】每逢轉季,鼻敏感病人苦不堪言,最怕就是不停打噴嚏、流鼻水及鼻塞。中醫師稱,當人體臟腑虛損,禦外能力便減低,容易受風邪、寒邪及異氣入侵誘發鼻敏感,建議由夏入秋時,鼻敏感病人從健脾做起,包括戒生冷甜食,平日飲用健脾湯水,並定期運動有助氣機通暢,亦注意頸背保暖,有助改善鼻敏感,預防發作。
