食飯好易肥?減肥一定要戒飯?食麵包好過食飯?營養師李龍家麒(Thomas)表示,很多人對食飯有誤解,以為食飯會令人攝取過多熱量致肥,其實一碗白飯的熱量只有約200千卡,反而是變成如港式茶餐廳的碟頭炒飯熱量才會大增,例如一碟揚州炒飯便高達1,200千卡。飯屬於澱粉質類食物,為人體能量的主要及必要來源,不應戒食。減肥不吃飯或只吃麵包,有機會導致能量不足,出現容易攰、脾氣差及精神不集中等問題,強調減肥也要有均衡飲食,並要「識揀」澱粉質食物。
